Even with their format they should be smart about it despite it only being 40 min of show. They just have bad writers and to an extent actors. Not a fan. 10 episodes per season is perfect.
yep. thats where walking dead screws up. got like 20 episodes per season, having to drag everything out. season 1 was so good because they had to cram all the good stuff into a short season

If you have to do 20 eps a season, plot things out much better. Why couldn't they approach it as 2 seasons in one and break it up with a 10 ep story followed by another 10 ep one? Limits the amount of filler. You could see the clear difference, given their 6 ep S1 was so good. LOST and The Good Wife manage(s/d) to do great with that.

He declined the throne and let his younger brother take over as king. Took the black because he thought people would try and use him in someway to usurp his brother. So Aemon's nephew took over the throne when his brother died and when his nephew died, his son (Dany/Rhaegar's father) took over.
Nah. Oberyn and his brother Doran were the brothers in law of Rhaegar. So I guess they were kinda Dany's brothers in law too.
It'd actually be nice to see ramsay killed by a few whitewalkers. theon's stupid self would probably try to save him.
