Are people forgetting that if the wall is Breached all of Westeros is @$%$#$ ?

I really hope Sam gets killed in the most brutal way.

Hate that ******* guy.

Can someone shed a little background on maester amon? I know he's a targaryan. How was he related to rhaegar, dany, etc. How'd/why'd he end up on the wall?

Haha its ironic how so many don't care about what's going on at the wall. It's basically what's going on in the story too, everybody is worried about their little game of thrones in kings landing when none of that **** is gonna matter if the wall falls.

He was offered the crown but quietly refused ceding rule to his younger brother, Aegon V
He then chose to go to the Wall to take the vows of the Night's Watch for fear that he may be used in a plot to usurp his brother

He was Danny and Rhaegar's Great Uncle

He declined the throne and let his younger brother take over as king. Took the black because he thought people would try and use him in someway to usurp his brother. So Aemon's nephew took over the throne when his brother died and when his nephew died, his son (Dany/Rhaegar's father) took over.

You misspelling her name as Salsa was my favorite.

I'm missing Osha. Need some nice wildling yambs to look at since Ygritte's gone now.

Not a fan. 10 episodes per season is perfect.

yep. thats where walking dead screws up. got like 20 episodes per season, having to drag everything out. season 1 was so good because they had to cram all the good stuff into a short season
Even with their format they should be smart about it despite it only being 40 min of show. They just have bad writers and to an extent actors.

If you have to do 20 eps a season, plot things out much better. Why couldn't they approach it as 2 seasons in one and break it up with a 10 ep story followed by another 10 ep one? Limits the amount of filler. You could see the clear difference, given their 6 ep S1 was so good. LOST and The Good Wife manage(s/d) to do great with that.

Was going to reply and say that Walking dead has way more episodes to go through then GoT so that's why they have a lot more filler, but you're right Lost did it really well.

I'm watching Aliens 3 on tv right now and I just noticed a prisoner that looks like Varys. Look it up on IMDB, sure enough, one of the bald headed prisoners is none other than the master of whispers himself :rollin :rollin

all the politics and backstabbing down souf' means nothing if the wildlings followed by the white walkers break through.

Winter is coming.

I think ppl who watch it that only like one part of the show dislike the stuff going on at the wall cuz at time it deals with some of the most fictional stuff in the show. I can get nobody liking it cuz nobody thinks the Wildlings are a threat, even if they breach the wall they're not the ones that'll be a threat to Westeros and everybody else. It's the white walkers and a ******* eternal winter.

Thing is I can enjoy a really good story and all these cool ******* fights. When I think about it I don't have a fav character amongst this part of the story.

I could see The Wall being boring earlier in the series but once Jon Snow stop being a *****, its gotten better

Does that mean Oberyn and his older brother are Khaleesi's uncle's or brother in laws or something?

Nah. Oberyn and his brother Doran were the brothers in law of Rhaegar. So I guess they were kinda Dany's brothers in law too.

oh ok, I really wonder how O's big brother will react once he find's out about his brother.

People are just more invested in the characters at kings landings since up to this point, the wall has not been the focus on the show.

The show has multiple focuses though. Definitely more interesting right now than what Dany is doing.

Multiple focuses is truth. What happens when whitewalkers conquer the wall? They're happy with what they got there?

They continue to move south, conquer the north, keep it moving south

It'd actually be nice to see ramsay killed by a few whitewalkers. theon's stupid self would probably try to save him.

Oh yeah I forgot about these two storylines.

They weren't in the preview for next week either so they're probably going to be pushed up to next season.
