Very excited. Like other signings, I will wait for the official announcement

It's crazy that Gusto chooses Chelsea over clubs where he could be a full time starter easily. They can afford him as well

I am not mad about the loan back part. It makes sense why Chelsea is okay with it. We are already eliminated from FA Cup. Only PL games and CL knockout games left

Even if the club got Gusto now, he likely won't play in the UCL anyways due to the UEFA rules. Only up to three new eligible players during January window can play in the UCL knockout. I think the club wants to use the third new player option on a midfielder they are trying to get one now. Not sure about the Joao Felix situation. Is he part of the rule or separate due to he played with Atletico?

Getting Gusto this summer means we finally move on from one of the club legends Azpi

Azpi, Trevoh and RLC will share their turns at the RB position this season whenever Reece isn't playing

By most accounts it sounds it was mental health related. He had a bright start to the season but the combination of injuries and fitness issues slowed his progress down and he ended up falling out of form.

More competition at his position and missing out on a WC spot had the coaching staff and him agree on a sort of reset midseason like Barbados Slim Barbados Slim alluded to. He worked with ETH's coaches in the Netherlands during the WC break and he's slowly been eased back into the normal flow of things the last 2 weeks.

ETH was consistent in insisting that he wouldn't rush him or put any pressure on him to come back until he felt he was fully ready again throughout that time. Looks like he's done enough to get back into the squad plans and looks like he might be back in action tomorrow in the FA Cup.

He needed to get right again with his mental and physical wellbeing and I'm glad he was afforded the time and support to get it back. Might pay dividends down the line this season if he's back in form.

An in form Rashford and him would be amazing for the squads aspirations this season.
Always thought perpetually injured players should just do this. Like Wilshere should have just stayed in the gym and taken a whole season off. Easier said than done but still

ESR should at this point. Apparently he's injured again. Take the year off. Get physically and mentally fit completely(if possible) then come back to the team.
