he has 50 guys and needs to pick 23 of them
if you aren’t good enough, you get cut just like every other job. its not like sterling isn’t still getting paid a ton of money. he’s still access to all the facilities he’s just not in the #1 team. sterling had plenty of opportunities to not suck and missed them.

It's no problem deciding he's surplus to requirements but the way they've handled it has been disrespectful to say the least.

the first preaseason with a new manager is always the same. it's like a tryout till the team is announced. probably a little different with all the players chelsea have to sort through.
