Honestly Chelsea are so loaded. Athletes, technical ability everything you could want but the project is just such a mess and not bringing the best out of anybody particularly.

Temu Pep is going to have to drop one of these midfielders. Enzo is not a 10
He did it

They have no direction. And people think that continuously sacking managers and buying players is the solution. No player except a striker should have been brought in during this transfers windows. Enzo isn't the manager for them.@romulus is not here, so I ain't going to say much, but this is why splashing money with no plan cannot work.

Chelsea don't seem to have a plan on how to get the ball in the net, they doing everything else decently.

Chelsea spent 250m’s to have Enzo/Caicedo lead their midfield for the next decade and they’re genuinely terrible. Enzo sucks and Caicedo runs around like 32 year old Casemiro except he’s supposed to be in his prime.

Thing is, if the season starts poorly, the chemistry and vibes are already so bad that it can just completely go off the rails.

At least Lavia looked good, the only solution to the Enzo Caicedo situation is to sell one of them

And then Napoli loses to Hellas Verona. If it were any other manager for Napoli I would say Osimhen isn't going anywhere now... but Conte might force the club to sell him to send a message.

Laughing stock FC in full effect

I liked some of the build up play, but like many of you have said we will eventually need to really look at that 200+ million dollar midfield and ask a very serious question about its future
