I'll correct you since you decided to dig into a topic we left alone, you're wrong. King Kai taught Goku these techniques but king kai himself mastered none of them. Goku is the only PERSON to ever sucessfully learn, use and master these techniques which is why Goku could surpass kaioken x3 even though King Kai told him it wouldn't be possible without him dying. Do you like your L's flame broiled, or lightly grilled?
