thats Pioneer for you man, if it ain't the RCA jacks then its the faceplate. I had a P80mp which did the same thing 3 months later, went ahead and bought aused receiver only(w/o faceplate) and the same thing happened about 7 months later. if the motor didn't go out then its the gears that need to begreased/oiled, i tried fixing mine and got it to work for a few days but it crapped out again so i sold it.

good lookin out man, i guess i'm just gonna buy a new one, whats a good brand? i was thinkin maybe kenwood, sony, or alpine.

Not even, I got the T1000.1bd and it's birth rate sheet has it pushing 1623 watts RMS

I have it running to 2 10" 2.5 mmats

i keep the crossovers on the seat back. tweeters go wherever sound best. whether it be the a pillar or the door itself.

maybe center console?.... it was huge in the 80's, and i've seen a few people use them till this day
 
im really looking into getting one but wanted to see what you guys thought about them. i see you guys are up on game here.. peep the blue one here

as for size, i doesnt bother me considering its an old school thing
