I'm 27 & been off of campus. I still seen plenty of teenage boys walking around in pants the same sieas mine and that's who I'm talking about. I'm not talking about men my age I'm talks about the young kids.
I wouldn't be surprised if that hubby stuff took off only because kids are easily influenced by what they see and if his exposure keeps growing who knows what they'll pick up.
Again a look at twitter & IG can let you know what some of these kids are on.

Based off This & his combat jack interview (Hands down one of the best) this dude has a fan. As he stated "I'm a fan of intelligence" he clearly is one of the few rappers who gets it. I ain't ever really give his music a heavy listen but i'ma rock with it after hearing these interviews.
