state property made music for dudes that tried crack and pcp as teens and 35yr old reggie smokers

Cam was the second Best to touch rocafella point blank... his early days there and the amount of fire he dropped over older Rocafella beats cements this.

and i'm waiting for dudes to Come with the Cam only did fun/swag records as if cam doesn't have EXTREMELY introspective records. I'm in the wing waiting for someone to act as if it isn't

Cam is my guy. Dipset I preferred as an overall group and overall better songs.

But Beanie Sigel is in rare air as a rapper.

He outshined HOV on this.....as well as others 8o. Only dude in the Roc to push Hov.

What we do

Vs

I really mean it

8o

Sonically, I Really Mean It has What We Do edged out. But I can't deny the significance of WWD to the culture. That song came out around the time me and my homies started getting to that age where, coming from that environment, your life could go one of two ways. I lost homeboys who took heed to the words of that song.

It's On is a rare gem though.

I probably was a bigger Beans/ State Prop fan during the ROC heydays but as I've gotten older I've grown to appreciate the Dips and their movements much more.

It's On is still probably one of my favorite songs ever but Cam has some hits, not to mention DI1 is a classic.

I wish Beans wasn't out here looking so dusty, it kinda tarnishes the image I had for him.

Dude was a overrated swag rapper that basically talked on records. Especially in the Roc days.

Somebody please post one Cam record from the roc days that's as good as Beans Streets Is Talking verse... Or It's On... Or What Your Life Like 1 and 2.

:lol @beans being called dusty.

Far cry from the back in the day Beans that saved Kanye at the diner.

Ain't no way a ***** in a group with big L & Ma$e.... handpicked by Big to be signed.... Multiple tracks with Pun, Kiss, X in there prime... Then goes on to SHINE on rocafella in their prime and ya'll gonna be in here talkin as if Cam don't got bars :lol

Just for ***** and giggles here's tracks shined o or held his own with cats people consider the Goats

Cam actually has several Jay beats he's rapped over which are damn near better than the originals and that's saying a lot.

For some so called goats or all time greats I never seen a movement fizzle out so quick and the weed carrier be the only semi relevant one 10 years later.

Beans only gained recent relevancy since the Taxstone interview, and the subsequent sucker punch. C'mon my G. :lol

More FACTS

i'm not gonna get into relevancy arguments with you ****** no more. I'll just say the ***** in your own Avi benefited greatly from Cam... and Cam is one of his favorite rappers (his words not mine). Cam is one of the few rappers from the 90's who wasn't a full worldwide sensation that could garner attention from the youth anytime they want.

For whatever reasons kids from this new generation know and respect cam & so do all the rappers they idolize.
