Cmon you smarter than that bro, the legal age of consent is 16 in over half of the U.S. states and even then there's variations. For instance somewhere like Colorado you can legally smash at 15 as long as the other person isn't more than 10 years older. It's illegal in Cali until she 18 so imma assume that's why he not claiming her yet.

Also I'm not tryna defend this dude but yall gotta chill with the Pedo talk especially considering all the threads in General over the years with dudes waiting until someone's 18th bday to beast and not feel bad. I know that girl from My Wife and Kids wasn't 18 when that thread kicked off
