im trying to connect the wi-fi to my BB to my modem. how can i figure out what the WEP code is to connect it.

What would you all say is better: a BB tour or a BB Bold 9700? ($ difference taken into account)

Bold easily. It has a better processor than even the Tour 2 coming out. Plus, isn't it like $100 on AT&T right now?

I was thinking of buying them without a contract since I'm with ATT for a few more months then I'll probably be moving to T-Mobile. I would be able toget a Tour for $200 and a bold 9700 for $400. Do the speed gains over the tour warrant the 2x price tag?

if you are only with ATT a few more months, why not wait until the end of your contract and buy it from tmobile for 200
and i have no clue why you are comtemplating about getting a tour, its for verizon/sprint only (CDMA) it wont work with ATT or tmobile

Tour does work with ATT/T-Mo, there's a sim slot, you just need to get it unlocked. If you're still going to get it, get the Tour, $200doesn't warrant the speed difference.
They're basically the same. They're RIM's flagship for both networks. The only difference in them is that the Bold 2 has a slightly fasterprocessor.
Around $350ish. I've heard of the Magnum/Dakota, too. I don't think it's gonna happen though for at least 6-12 months. RIM usually has phonesleaked a few months prior to release, and so far, nothing yet.
I don't have the link, but the only difference between Tour 2 and 1 is that Tour 2 has wi-fi and a trackpad, rather than the trackball.
