Does anyone else's Tour freeze up when adding, deleting, or editing anything in your contacts?

Mine has been doing this for the last month or so. I'm tired of having to power off/battery pull afterwards every damn time.

I wouldn't say regret..
but the size of the keyboard definitely takes some getting used to.
And the SMS threading feature is a pain.

• Hitting the enter button is sending it, so you end up sending some poor person 3 texts in a row because you forget and think it's like BBM.
• For some reason, some individuals I text, their convo always freezes and I can't open it or send new ones without going to their name in the phone book and selecting "SMS contact"

Other than those minor complaints, I love this phone to death.

Appreciate it.

Whats the best OS for the best battery life , i just upgraded to .405 and battery seems to die faster than before . There so many os i cant keep up with all ofthem , so which ones are you guys running and how do you like them ?

Damn. After using the storm for the better part of a year I couldn't even function with the tour. My buddy has it and I was messing with it earlier and Ifelt out of sync when using it.

I wanted to get that tour 2 but after this 5.0 release for the Storm it's been an amazing phone.

I don't knowif I even wanna get rid of it now.

Anybody had similar experiences?

I got the bold 9700 last night for 245(265 after tax) no contract (idk how good of a price that is??)
Its a nice %*% phone, better than the 9000 i had last year.
but i need a lot of help

does anybody here use BOTH the iphone 3g(or 3gs) AND a blackberry???

I used to use both my 9000 and iphone for att

but now i have a 8900 for tmo and my 3gs for att

What was your primary phone under your account with ATT? the bb or iphone?

Right now my iphone is my primary, so i cant use BBM, appword or setup emails on my blackberry.
I'm limited to only internet like NT, twitter, facebook etc.
was it the same for you?

You need a blackberry data plan for that stuff.

and for the way around the passcode, hold the power and home button till it restarts and as soon as the apple shows up let go of the power button but stillkeep holding the home button and it will tell you to plug it into itunes, then open itunes and restore it.

just type in mypin (then press spacebar) and it'll show up.

Also... Settings ---> Status and you can see it there as well.
