OFFICIAL BEATMAKING / PRODUCTION THREAD Vol. New NT

Anyone have any, or know where I can get some "Hey" chants for Reason? I don't think I could find any in the program.

What up guys, I've been on NT forever but never really posted much, if not at all lol. Used to produce with JetPack back in the day. Took a break, and just now got back serious into doing beats, so I thought I'd share some of my recent stuff with y'all to get different thoughts/advice. If you guys are interested the soundcloud is

Everything produced by "NyQuiLL"...

Preciate the listens.

Some would call it grave digging, but this one isn't dead yet.

I was going through NahRight on a whim today, and found a few cool feature pieces with some of the game's most talented producers. Figured these could educate & inspire:

It's been a minute since I've posted in here, so happy new year to everyone - I hope you're all still workin'.

Entirely new to making music. For the experienced producers on here, how did you guys begin producing beats? Just messed around with the software and sort of learned as you went? I downloaded FL Studio and the interface is incredibly overwhelming. There's so much to do and I just want to know how to do it all. I made a short little 30 second song earlier that I thought was kind of cool, but I really want to know how to use the synths and chop up samples to add to this song. Are there websites/programs you guys went to to figure out how to do this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Sorry for all the questions :o

Look up Audacity. Good program to chop up audio. Youtube tutorials help a lot on learning a program so I suggest that. I'm no FL Studio person but I'm sure you can download free VST's around to plug in FL. I mostly did a lot of search on Google and also had experience with Audio recording. Never use mp3's since the quality isn't so good. Always use WAV. Take a peek at a site called Electronic Musician.

Youtube would be your best bet to expedite the learning process.

There's a wealth of information there.

Nice track. I was gonna suggest some things but honestly when the synths come in it adds more depth to the beat, maybe the background sample could be turned up some.

Dope stuff guys!

I posted a new Future remix a couple weeks ago, let m know what you think!
