Some would call it grave digging, but this one isn't dead yet.
I was going through NahRight on a whim today, and found a few cool feature pieces with some of the game's most talented producers. Figured these could educate & inspire:

Anyway my "spiddysenses"was tellin me who was gonna be the winner, no offense to blue but I felt those guys should of won but its "politics" like u said, but it was cool seein yung producers and meeting them thats where peeezy and me met kevin madera for the first time. that battle actually helped us get the word around abt us...man talking bout that battle u remember when the crowd wanted james sayko to go the nxt round andppl was throwin bottles at pinictyme
Look up Audacity. Good program to chop up audio. Youtube tutorials help a lot on learning a program so I suggest that. I'm no FL Studio person but I'm sure you can download free VST's around to plug in FL. I mostly did a lot of search on Google and also had experience with Audio recording. Never use mp3's since the quality isn't so good. Always use WAV. Take a peek at a site called Electronic Musician.Entirely new to making music. For the experienced producers on here, how did you guys begin producing beats? Just messed around with the software and sort of learned as you went? I downloaded FL Studio and the interface is incredibly overwhelming. There's so much to do and I just want to know how to do it all. I made a short little 30 second song earlier that I thought was kind of cool, but I really want to know how to use the synths and chop up samples to add to this song. Are there websites/programs you guys went to to figure out how to do this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Sorry for all the questions
