Forgot to post an "AFTER" photo, my bros were hungry AF they couldn't wait any longer. It's only my second time grilling meats and I gotta do better with poultry. It took awhile for insides to get cooked but they liked it so I'm good :lol:

T'was fun making food for other people and them loving it at the same time :pimp:

I rarely eat steak...if I go to a steakhouse, of course that's what I'm eating. However, on the grill at home or at someone's house, it's way down on the list of foods that I enjoy off the coals.

tbh I think I enjoy burgers/dogs/hot links/brats the most at a bbq

Have done ribs, brisket and other long cook for other people for a long time, I just want something simple at a cookout for myself :lol:

steak is up there too though, quick and easy grill

agree, any cook over rib time/work and i dont even want to eat it by the time it's ready. :lol

Any of yall mess with pellet grills? thinking of picking up a Traeger

Got a Daniel Boone Green Mountain Grill for my birthday. Love it! Easy to assemble and use. Makes fantastic BBQ. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the grill to anyone.
