its up to my knees in the pic cuz im sitting down but when i stand they are past my knees they arent short

Do Babe tees generally run small? (Sorry for the newbie question). I'm usually a S or M depending on the fit, I tend to like to wear my shirts a bit more looser now. I ordered a M babe tee and it feels small lol.....its just weird for me to order a L, although I feel it might give me that fit and look that I''m looking for. Do you guys size up as well on the tees?
