Either or should be aight, hell the xxl probably wouldn't be bad on you either
All depends how you like your shorts to fit you

Size up to XL will be a better fit and not having mistake of them fitting too tight if you go with an L.

I like linkin park but I was feeling the shirt on the design, not necessarily the connection with the band. Forgot about the shirt but when I searched it again saw they only made 150 of them so it's a limited piece

You straight bro. Feels better cause that's when it was made in Japan, the stuff now well most of it tees especially is china. You can wash that tee 100 times right now and the screen won't crack

No custom fees if under $800. Ordered over 20+ orders and never had any issues with customs. I am located in the US btw..
