Official AUTHENTIC NBA JERSEY Post - Bringin Back the JERSEY ERA... (Info/Guide = Page 1)

Hi guys, 1st post here. Im a big Bernard King fan, but i live in Europe and i still dont have his jersey. Looks like NBA Store doestnt love him, i have never seen a King jersey Swingman or Replica in the last 10 years, just the Authentic for like 300 bucks...i was looking for a Swingman, and today i found the site basketballjerseyworld.com...they have a big selection, and they got a Bernard King Knicks jersey, from adidas Hardwood Classic collection. Is this really legit? I dont mind spend 100 for that if its legit but im not sure because i have never seen a King jersey on the NBA store, so how can they have it? Please help :(

Thank you sir.

Sorry for posting it here then

Do authentic Champions has stitched twill or is it just higher quality mesh
If they are stitched or not just depends on the team & year.

As far as the mesh goes, replicas were micro-mesh with the tiny holes. There are exceptions like the T'Wolves & Knicks. They used micro on authentics.

The easiest way, however is by just seeing if the Champion "C" is by the NBA logo. Those are replicas.

Thank you sir.

Ok awesome thank you

That Bogut appears to be the real deal.

3 things I noticed
  • type of mesh material used is correct
  • number has thicker border compared to EPS
  • the amount of blue in the wishbone collar compared to the blanks

Whats everybody , new to niketalk but not the culture. my name is Corey  im from pittsburgh been doing the sneaker thing since 2002, when i was about 15, but as of lately I grew tired of the commercialized mockery the culture has become. About a month ago after i pretty much had to pull an Indiana Jones in the temple of doom stunt to get my hands on a pair of the "shattered backboards" smfh . I've pretty much washed my hands of all the newer sneaker releases and have decided to focus on the blk and orange box era stuff and what first drew me into sneakers . The actual athletes that dawned said shoe so here are my 1st pick up kerr an early 90s jordan  .

Welcome, Corey. Always nice to have another Yinzer around.

That early Champion MJ is dope. You say that was a recent pickup? I hope you didn't have to give an arm & a leg for it.

I've been looking for that "Back to Back" hat too, but the original one by Sports Specialties.
