No i did NOT receive it. Spoke to M&N through email, the guy is an idiot. i have a feeling both M&N and Fedex are gonna screw me over. Basiclaly told me if Fedex denies the claim i get nothing.


ummmm how am i supposed to do anything? i wasnt home, the tracking says delivered, so how am i possibly gonna win? its the driver/company word against mine. M&N doesnt give a crap either.

I dont think any of you understand how mad i am right now. You guys all know i dont buy jerseys anymore and hell wasnt gonna drop $300 on one of my favorite jerseys of my favorite player ever and when its on sale i order and now its not here.

Thats a last resort even then even if M&N provides the tracking, how am i supposed to dispute that? ive never done a charge back and id rather have the jersey than the money. This would have been my last jersey to buy unless i came across the purple for cheap as well.

i don't understand why you are responsible for paying for signature confirmation, that is for the seller's protection. i hate the current m&n even more now.

thats not the issue at hand, they buy insurance but they make it seem like im at fault by not getting it... ive bought more expensive items by far without signature confirmation but this was through UPS and was sitting on my porch no problem

the only way they will give me a new jersey is if fedex pays them for the lost/stolen one which is unfair on my part. how am i supposed to do anything to fedex? thats why this sucks

Did you call Fed Ex yourself? When my package was lost a few weeks ago, I called them and not the store. I wouldn't trust M&N to handle it.

Definitely call Fed Ex. Their policy is that only the shipper can file a request for refun, not the (intended) recipient. But, that doesn't mean that there is nothing they can do. ...The item may have been delivered to the wrong location or something like that and they can try to look into that. You can still open a case.

A while back, I had a delivery from overseas that was delivered and signed for, but it wasn't delivered to me. I called up Fed Ex and spoke to a rep who opened a case for me. After a week or two, they found and redelivered my package. Took a while, but it all worked out.

One of the key things about opening a case and getting Fed Ex to look into the matter is that they may uncover things that reveal they are at fault, which would make it harder for them to deny a claim if it gets to the point that the shipper files one. ...If they didn't find my package, I was at least set up with "evidence" of Fed Ex making an admission that they screwed up, as opposed to me or the shipper.

Give them a call and explain the situation - worst case scenario is you waste 15 minutes on the phone and wind up in the same position you are now.

i know u prolly don't wanna hear this, but technically it is ur fault for not getting the insurance. that insurance is pretty much the only way to protect urself from something like this. worst case scenario u will have to either pick up ur package from the local fedex shipping facility or reschedule the delivery. damn man i know ur pissed. i'm pissed for u. i saw u going back and forth about copping in the 1st place. i've heard alotta bad mouthing of M&N products in this thread, but i totally disagree so i was happy when u finally broke down and copped i felt like u were gonna be hella satisfied once it arrived. i hope u get ur jersey.

Did you order from the site or call the store in Philly? I never not had them deliver something without a signature upon delivery. I know on the site as soon as you pick your shipping price the box pops up saying check if you DON'T want someone to sign. Did you click that? They don't charge extra for a sig confirmation. If someone was suppose to sign for it the onus is on FedEx.

i clicked no signature since no one was gonna be home..

and to Charm, there IS insurance on the package which is why they file a claim with fedex. If fedex finds that there is an issue they cut a check to M&N and then M&N either sends out another jersey or refunds.

so once again how am i at fault? regardless of getting signature or not? like ive said ive order hundreds of items without "signature" and never a problem til yesterday. How am i at fault if im not even home or even seen the package?

no idea what fedex is gonna do but part of the claim when M&N files is that Fedex is supposed to contact me so we will see what happens.

i guess ur right man idk. all i was saying was this won't happen with sig conf. i live in a decent, quiet neighborhood and i still don't EVER have them leave any packages outside. why risk it? anything is possible however long the package is just sitting there. or it allows the delivery guy to get "creative" and attempt to pull a fast one.

i know u said u apparently have them leave packages all the time and have never had an issue, but doing that makes it possible for these things to happen and eventually it will. i just think it's not smart to spend ur hard earned money on something just to have it sitting outside for who knows how long, but i digress.

like i said, at the end of the day just hope the jersey turns up or u win ur claim.

i live in a very good neighborhood and my neighbor across the street watches my house like a hawk. DEAD SRS. had someone stolen or been something suspicious i would have known already. No one is gonna walk up to my house in broad daylight to steal a package. i got older neighbors outside all day. it doesnt make sense, i have never had to worry about a package going missing before and even now i still wont. Something happened and i dont know what and to be honest its not fair but typing all this crap on NT isnt gonna do anything and make it re-appear.

Don't go xl in swingman unless you like it long as with a droptail, i wear the same sizes and i go small in swingman's, medium in soul swingman's and 44 and 48 in champion replica's. That being said im skinny as so it all depends on how you like your jersey to fit.
