On all my Rev30 authentics ALL the team names are heat applied twill. Very nice twill but still heat applied. All the mesh numbers and name are stitched however.

sounds like they will still be using twill numbers on the new authentics, unless you buy a pre-sewn one from a team store of a a star player, and even then it's not a definite.
