King of Fighters, Burger Time Cabinets Appear on Japanese Arcade1up Website
Coming to TGS2019.
Tokyo Game Show 2019 attendees will be able to get their hands on two new cabinets from Arcade1up, according to the company's official Japanese website.
Arcade classics BurgerTime and SNK's King of Fighters are joining the Arcade1up line-up of 3/4 scale replica arcade cabinets. From the photos on the site itself, the Burger Time cabinet includes Data East arcade classics Burger Time, Karate Champ, Caveman Ninja and Bad Dudes.
The King of Fighters cabinet shown on the website has a special-edition riser and comes with King of Fighters '94, King of Fighters '96 and King of Fighters '98.
Additionally, a new Taito countercade, designed to operate like a normal Arcade1up cabinet sitting on a counter top or table, is also being teased.
Earlier this week, special edition 4-player TMNT Arcade1up cabinet preorders opened up at Walmart and quickly sold out. However, the Star Wars special edition cabinet, with all three of the original Star Wars arcade classics from the 1980s, is still available.
We've reached out to Arcade1up for more details on these new cabinets and will update the story if we get any new information.

This company restores and sells the OG arcade cabinets. They fix a lot of the issues these games always had. Bad wiring that caused screens and sound to go out. Hefty price though.

Retro arcade cabinet maker Arcade1up introduced several new cabinets at CES 2020, including NBA Jam, a sit-down Star Wars, special edition Burger Time, as well as a partnership with Zen Studios for 3/4 scale digital pinball machines.
The NBA Jam cabinet features online functionality "allowing users to play with other Arcade1Up cabinets in drop-in style games" in North America and features NBA Jam, NBA Jam Tournament Edition, and NBA Hang Time.According to Arcade1up, its pinball partnership with Zen Studios "includes titles from Bally/Williams and other yet to be announced, big names in the pinball space."
The new Burger Time cabinet also includes arcade classics Karate Champ, Bad Dudes, and Caveman Ninja, and features art from Burger Time, as well as a light-up marquee, special edition riser, and "rounded side panels" to keep it "true to the original."
Also unveiled are a sit-down style Star Wars cabinet, a new Frogger cabinet and a SEGA Golden Axe cabinet featuring five games: Golden Axe, Shinobi, Altered Beast, Wrestle Wars, and Golden Axe: The Revenge of Death Adder.
The Burger Time special edition cabinet can be preordered now from the Arcade1up site, with a promised ship date of March 1.
