lol nah. theyd do it in a way far less harmful and that doesnt make them liable
This is a ploy by Nike to create fake hype making these limited. What a joke!
burden is on nike to tie zyzz to his account on niketalk lolHis plausible deniability goes out the window simply with this:
He's acknowledging the mold, so he can't "plausibly deny" that he didn't know.
Second, because such a case lacks so much legal merit to begin with, it would almost certainly be deemed frivolous.
You could join Mr. Stevedumsmore from the Bordeaux thread with his Fight and start a F Nike Committee
Wow I hope my pair is getting sent out im going to be extremely upset I was looking forward to this release.
Who'd you order from? And did they ship?
Ordered from the eBay seller Columbus they marked item shipped but it's pre ship info so idk if he's physically dropped it off at post.
Someone asked Kixsquare on twitter and their response was "We are continuing to fulfill our orders. Our pairs are on hand and have no defect". For anyone that's who ordered and is curious whats happening with them
Can't sue Nike cuz None of you bought them from Nike...
the store could sue cuz in turn they received a defective product. But Nike could easily blame the store ( where they store the sneakers)
The shipper ( where They Stored the Sneakers) and the Factory where they were made.
It's never NIKE/JB fault (Sarcasm)
I'm just typing, who knows really?
