I got turned away from entering the raffle at the local house of hoops last night. Got in the store at 6:30 pm. Dude said "sorry, the cutoff to enter was at 6pm". I asked to sneak one more name on the list and dude said nope. I know I could've argued it with a manager and I'm sure I would've gotten on the list with some talking, but I'm not going to beg the guys at footlocker for a shot to spend money.
**** that. that's backwards
. stuff like this is why I'm over shoes.

-About 25,000 or less pairs made.
-Some stores that had the Knicks 1's aren't getting them.
-NDC isn't releasing them, NTs only.
-Footlockers with HOH will be releasing them but most of those stores received 30 pairs, if that.
-Pre-Orders already up to $300
I'm not saying these will be impossible too get but even if you did your homework & handed it in on time, there's still a good chance you might fail the test on 2/16.

There was more than 25K pairs made. FINL has almost that many releasing online. I get your point though. These are def a difficult cop, nowhere near a QS as some have mentioned was my point.
My boy works for JB so I'm just passing along the info he gave. He's been doggin his Royals for a month already lol.
Definitely not a QS but these deserve the "limited" tag.
Its hard for me too believe FNL will have more than 25K pairs online. But I guess we'll find out Saturday. I hope its an easy cop for all of us.

The same uncertaintity is going on in my area. 2 weeks ago FTA were getting them and now all of a sudden today their stock disappears and "don't know" what will happen tomorrow. I'm about to say Fk it and just cop a pair of silver/red kamikaze IIs in a few mins. I don't and I never will get this marketing and logistics strategy that the pencil pushers at Nike are practicing but it's bringing back up the same ill feelings i had when I got tired of buying shoes 11 years ago. I don't care how much hype or desirability a shoe has it shouldn't be this stressful to have a CHANCE on buying shoes. The concept of shoes being limited edition is dated. Almost 7 billion people on planet and a 20k world wide run of shoes that have ten times the demand is not smart business no matter how much anyone with a economics degree can justify.

HoHs and Footlockers are the ones usually doing the raffles. The Footlockers I frequent aren't getting them. I wasn't able to make it to either HoH for the raffles.

As far as I know Foot Action, Eastbay and Jimmy Jazz are the only ones confirmed right now. Obviously not going to be many, which is why the jokers saying if you want these you'll get them are collectively building toolsheds via this thread.

2 of the RSVP sites failed. 1 per-order sent me a refund too. Luckily got a shipping confirm from one pre-order. Relieved I got 1 on lock but really want just 1 more. Keeping my fingers crossed.
