Not sure how true it is but I was told that they've done away or are doing away with the card because employees could just enter a code. I had to input information to be able to use my military discount and that would be the way it would be going forward.

That is in fact what's happening... Come to think of it, my local Chik Fil A has taken the same stance.

Reason is always due to employee abuse.

I bought mine DS for retail off someone on ISS who wanted the mesh retro right before those came out.
