Pardon my lack of knowledge but what are the main differences between 85 and OGs?

They attempted to recreate the pattern and construction of the 85 to the originals. They also have retooled the midsole to look like originals. Although not perfect, they’re way closer to the originals than it’s OG counterpart.

Think of the OGs as a modernized version of the originals and all the retros that followed- a reconstructed shoe that addressed all the problems of its predecessors. Even though it doesn’t resemble anything close to the originals, they’re the most comfortable incarnation of the AJ1.

I wouldn't mind paying resale for these but hesitant since sizing on some recent releases were inconsistent. UNC and corals in a 10.5 seemed to run long....and the shoe box seemed like it was meant for a size 12 lol

Yes. Half down for me in the lows

13 in 85 high
12.5 in OG lows (although I went 13 in travis black phantom and it’s fine)
