Hasn't it also been noted that all patent leather ones are under the NRG label, which this isn't? Or that it's $145 as opposed to $160?

But this isn't an NRG though. No retailer has tagged that in the description. Time will tell. It takes quite a few resources to setup a raffle, create the email/graphics, then blast email the company's entire subscribed list. DTLR is either correct or this an epic fail on their behalf. This would be beyond stupid.

J23 does note this color scheme with an NRG tab for February. That's still who I'm choosing to believe.

sure folks did but the style code for the pair dropping for MLK day is AQ7474-001 which is different then the gold toes style code of 861428-007 of the similarly colored NRG pair dropping in February.....
