^ JB really were tryna reinvent the 1 into the SB dunk I knew it was over when they dropped the Tribe Call Quest highs, then Phat lows. Man I survived the dumbest stretch in JB history....thus far.

Jordan brand eventually realized they were diluting the appeal of the 1 and that is why bred and royals were so limited. To get the hype back on the 1 and draw in the masses

If they launched royals and breds limited to like 20,000 pairs with the jump man people would have still gone crazy. Yes nike air got some of the older heads back in and is a better look/ representation of the og. But limited with the jordan logo would have still created chaos

Yeah the Breds will go for more than that, but it's not uncommon to see the Celtics go for low.

Yes. Breds all day. Every day. I have royals and they are OK. But put them side by side and those Breds win every time. In my book.

Soft spot. That Pack was in my finishline in my size forever for $100. I took a break from buying shoes for a couple yrs to buy tires for trackdays instead... Strolled in one day to buy them and the guy couldn't find neither of the right shoes. The box in the back was empty. All he had was the displays. They still left the damn shoes on the shelf for another month haunting me. I checked every week to see if the found them. Never popped up...
