Werd when it's actually the chicago. Not some bumass spider man or trophy room or sanded down LA>Chi or bloodline custom or whatever else they try and come up with.

EA pair came in last night and like what rooster mentioned. The extra wrapping was a nice touch. The leather used is quite different than the regular OG high. A little thicker in some areas. Especially the toe box. And smells like genuine leather.

Plenty of exterior shots by others, but I wanted to highlight the interior. The insole is way thicker than normal. It's a dense rubber insole, unlike the foam thin ones we normally get.

The bed also has a "cover". Not normally seen in retro 1s as of lately.

Does all this warrant a $30 increase over a regular high? No, but it is a welcoming addition imo. I hope this is the new "normal" and all 1s are built this way forward.

New wrinkle in this Trophy Room fiasco. Maybe we owe Marcus Jordan an apology as far as the back door rumors. As already documented, hella mofos got TRs already. Either finessed or stolen, all for sale. But not only do none come with blue laces, there’s another discrepancy with these pairs.

Peep homie right here, all giddy about his pickup, in the video swearing his pair is 100% real per his plug.

So Marcus Jordan back doored hella pairs to resellers at that time priced at $170, caked up, then went ahead & remade 12,000 pairs not only including blue laces, but also sticker priced at $190 for the sole purpose of SCREWING those same resellers? Cause I have YET to see a single early pair priced at $190.

I agree & disagree with, Bro. Suppose when Unions dropped, right afterwards you see resellers with boatloads of pairs for sale in both colorways, but instead of $190 the price tag was $160. Plus their pairs only came with the two pairs of dyed laces.... no yellows. Are you copping?
