bro, u gotta let it go. we haven't gotten true highs since the OGs. every retro has been some variation of a mid. I had to come to grips with the fact I was duped. i don't own any actual 1 highs although my shoe boxes say otherwise. we been lied to man.

Like millimeters, if that. Now as to other features, such as shape and outsole, that’s a different convo.

We've gotten highs comparable to OG's in terms of height. That was the first thing I checked for when I got my OG's.
In fact, some retros seem higher than the OG.
Obsidians, however, were unusually low compared to others highs.

Honestly the highs of 01s any 09 high pair and beyond to the 2013-2014 highway and remasters are all high tops. Some just look squattier than others because of padding, shape, materials, wing placement etc. I posted a pic last year comparing the 01 all the way to the remaster pairs and they were all close in height.
