Took the DS '85s out to air and put on leather conditioner to the collars. Been doing that every 8-10 months since 07, when I bought off a guy on eBay who found it in his attic. Personally I'd say that it has made a huge impact on restoring it's longeitivty and vibrancy and I highly recommend others to use Leather Honey on their leather based pairs as well.

Hmm seeing those shows me that the shade of red on the 16's is mad close to the shade of red on the originals.

The honey is good but it’s a b to apply and buff out. The meguiars is good for frequent applications. Neither permanently removes the glitter but it goes away for a bit.
Also, vinegar didn’t do the trick like that one guy said.

Yep I use leather conditioner specifically on the whole upper once a year but also don't apply it on the swoosh since it's actually not leather. I don't like to mix too many different things on it and just stick to using Leather honey. Also let it sink in overnight before wiping it in or away.

Also, the people that are putting the white tongue on the Game Royals, do y'all have Storm Blues? I'm gonna do it, but seems redundant.

like 0takusamsay said...different shades of blue and different vibes. storms are a darker shade, so i usually coordinate em with navy outfits...game royals are a brighter blue, and with the black, i pair em with black denim/joggers, which i wouldnt do with storms.
