what was the resolution you were looking for? these sold out, so they cant exchange a pair for you, or they would. and i know they dont just have random spare patches sitting around to send you....so its either a refund, or you keep the kicks and get a discount code.

Was looking for a resolution besides the expected. I'm close to returning them as I'm fed up with being SOL on this release. Going to pray kith gets back to me so I can get a complete set. It's like getting a pair of 5s or 6s without the lace locks and Nike tells you ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Not my first time getting screwed by them. Last time was missing aglets on DSM 1s

If they were ordered from Nike they should have a percentage of stock held back for manufacturers defects, but it's pretty common with online stores... Then they could remove the patches, send them to you, and send their pair now missing patches to be marked down on the hash wall in an outlet. That really is awful customer service. I would send them back for a full refund and cop somewhere else.

What I had in mind was a slim chance, as bbestsb mentioned, that they would contact their manufacturer and have them ship out those two patches they screwed me out of. The rep should bring it up to their coach who should bring it up to their management team, all the way up to whoever can make that call or email to have them get me what I paid for as intended. They shouldn't just sweep this issue under the rug "as feedback" and tell me to move along.
