I get my shoes sent to my parents house. Then I bring the box and hide it by the basement door. Then I take the garbage out and bring the heat in! My wife doesn't mind me buying shoes at all. It's just that she expects to get some "gifts" as well. I figure if she doesn't know then I can get 2 pairs instead of 1 for me and 1 for her. Plus my daughters are into shoes and now they want pairs too. I can't win!
Oh, I stopped tellin' my girl about my pickups a good 75-100 pairs ago. At this point as long as I grab the box off the porch before she gets home she has no idea what's new and what's old.
