Yeah prices on those have stayed consistent with the hype on 1s. I see them between $210-$250 anything else is pretty high imo

Pantones are complete garbage to me and I would never consider trading my black/reds for them

Considering most mids look like they were designed by 6 year olds, I would say it makes sense. The only thing more ratchet than mids are phats, fusions, and especially team Jordans... Nothing says "I can't afford REAL Jordans but I'm still trying to look cool" than wearing any of these aforementioned pairs. Once again, JB is laughing all the way to the bank.

I have Fear lV's, Motorsport Vl's, and Gym Red l's, along with True Blue Mids, New Loves, Hare's, Orlando Magics, and both pairs of the Armed Forces pack; main point being that there's no logic in this statement you just made. People should be doing the same thing that i'm doing, which is buying whatever I happen to like and buy. Could be a CP3, a Melo, a Team Jordan a Low, or a Mid, as long as I like it that's all that matters. Also not sure what "REAL" Jordans are supposed to be, other than shoes put out by Nike under the Jordan Brand moniker, which all the aftermentioned shoes are.

None of those lines, or any new lines for that matter, will ever achieve the same level of popularity as the first 13 Jordan models, that's an unquestioned fact. Doesn't devalue every other model however.

Right. Tbh there's a lot of MIDS I like better than hi's. You collection is similar to mine. The True Blue Mids were dope, New Loves I've always wanted, Hare's, Anniversary 1's, Armed Forces, Joker Mids, etc.  There are PLENTY of dope mids.

Yeah these went from a must cop to a must not. This white midsole with black sole made these. No problem for me....It gives me a little longer to save to get the BHM AM1....now THOSE are beautiful. I'm still undecided on the GS BHM 1's, but they have a tiny bit of potential.

It did feel like that. Ive said over and over I wish Nike would release a lot of their shoes this way in the future. The Melo's are the one shoe I feel like a lot of people liked and were able to cop at retail or close to it.

I know what your saying. But these 10's are half size too big so I cant wear em anyway, and id only sell sport blue 6s (something I can cop again easily at retail if I regret) then pay the rest. These 10s aint moving so I aint either.... yet

The Yezzy effect. I might be a grump, but im getting sik of this hype bs attached to jordans nowdays. I should be able to give my money to nike if I wish to, but I cant do it 70% of the time and it pisses me off. I blame kids. And social media

Sad to say but electronics have a very short shelf life. Too small to buy auction cars. Too broke to invest in foreclosures and the stock market is just as dirty as the sneaker world. Hmmmm. What can I buy for a minimal amount and flip 2 to 3 times? Shoes! Nothing else bro.

Yep, and the people paying them that resell are the issue with it all. Not the resellers, I can respect the hustle even though I hate to see it. But I cannot respect anyone who caves into paying these resellers. Eventually even the resellers will stop it, but only when the phase of "sneakers are cool" passes and ppl quit trading a mortage for a shoe.

Well you can wear what you want, I was just stating my opinion but I guess that makes me a troll. I'll take timeless OGs over mids anyday of the week, design quality over quantity. I know I'm not settling with some 2nd rate consolation prize of the original OG/HI shape.. but if that's your thing then to each his own but I'll never be caught dead putting my feet in a pair. Nike keeps producing mids and they're pretty much guaranteed to be on shelves in any local shoe store. Similarly, Toyota still sells more Corollas and Camrys than any Lexus model so different strokes for different folks..

That said, I shouldn't have mentioned Team Jordans in a bad light, I played ball in FBIs back in the day (as did Jordan because the XVIIIs just weren't cutting it).. All apologies for that one, although I don't think they belong on anyone who isn't on the court/at the gym.

If it was reasonable resell then that's a different thing, minor amount of retail for their trouble of copping in sensible. But if ur talking double retail, yeh id check ya.
