NYC 1s are a shoe you shouldnt even be bringing into fc. If you can't sell those yourself you got a problem

I think it depends on your rapport with paypal/ebay.

I remember having to wait a certain time before you could withdraw money from ebay sales, but mine could be withdrawn as soon as it was sent after some time
