My banned mids should be arriving today. My first pair of mids. Might try the paint trick.

My tip for everyone is to put on a coat to each panel. Blow dry or heat gun to quick dry them (low setting on both) repeat step. I did three coats. then put the protector coat on and waterproofer just in case like I always do.

Smh two different times i had on my cart checked out and it said "hold tight while we find your size" the 2rd time it was sold smh man. I might just cop the flyknits off stockx

Looks great How and which products did you use paint over the red ?

• Angelus deglazed to remove the finish on the red.
• Angelus Flat Black with about 2-3 light coats using the heat gun between each coat.
• Sprayed a very thin coat of Matte finisher but to be honest, could have gone without. This section is mainly covered by the laces and don’t see them getting scuffed. The flat black paint seemed to be enough and matched perfectly.

Anyone got crease pics on those Banned Mid 1s? Might cop for the sake of completion, since I have a good amount of pairs in that color blocking (Royals, Shadows, New Loves, Melos, Gold Toes, Pine Green SB J-Pack). Right now I have the Bred AJKO's taking that spot lol
