I see no reasons why people hate the mids...just for the tongue logo

People hate AF1 Mids too.

Wasn't original styling therefore is bad.

I think part of with the AJ1 has to be that mid level was all that existed for years. Now that something mostly right to 1985 exists everything else is inferior.

There are some mids that are total junk.. but the same can be said for some highs..

The only thing that really bothers me with them is that the fit is inconsistent.
I'm about 50/50 on 11/11.5's in my mid collection and often the half sizes are a lot harder (if not impossible) to get in most places here.

I’m trying to find out the same. Looks like in Europe they dropped on June 8th, but I can’t find much info out there if they are dropping in the States at all?

Ive been rocking them hard since 2012 and even brought them out for some outdoor hooping sessions today. These are on their last legs, so I’ll be happy to retire these once the above Navy joints come out. Im a huge fan of the mids, jumpman on the tongue and everything.

Nvm just seen them in store at champs. The shade of yellow is not that nice and the whole shoe is pretty much some nubuck material. They have nothin on the new loves

Early pickup from EU of a shoe model never bought for Personal: Air Jordan 1 Mid Quai 54. Having grown up with all the original releases and seen Jordan play in person and tv, never cared for those who dismiss any models not OG High. Jordans have gone from high, mid, low, slip-ons to football, baseball and golf shoes. Most designs are questionable, but this version beat my expectations.

Went usual Nike true to size 10.5 for exact fit. Height comfortable at ankle. Own and like the Homage and Top 3 highs, so this Quai 54 mid quad color blocking is fine. Colors and soft jewel swoosh work with the subtle design on back and wing. Have to think non AJ High models are just for fun beaters. Enjoy cause something different.
