Oh trust me, I can understand the urge to roll your eyes at the people who didn't give a solitary **** about Forces coming out the woodworks to salivate over these otherwise ordinary colorways

My sole interest in this release was the black pair and I said from Day 1 that I wouldn't even bother trying for them and will instead just finally make them on iD.

I would go the vintage route, but I don't see this '92 pair often:

They're personal grails that occasionally slip my mind.

These were my first highs. Would love to find the 2002 pair again.

Tumbled leather on the check, patent 94 logo on the heel tab, and Preme branding. Some of us are ACTUAL fans of supreme AND AF1 highs. Sounds ludicrous doesnt it?

At the end of the day the branding MAKES a difference. Same reason your buying Nikes and not Lugz.

Side note, I'd like to ID purple highs like L7OSER did a couple months back...

The Supreme forces ain't bad, they're not great either. I can dig everything about them except the Supreme arch on the heel. The 94 heel tab and the world famous straps are nice. Supreme low tops > Supreme Hi tops by a mile.

I would say it's a step below Bobbito pack hi's. i would say they are below "supreme" releases ($200 and up af1's) but better than most premium release in terms of quality.

I wouldn't say soft quality leather is always best but the ability to not stay creased is the most important part.

Not the actual supreme shoe but the tier
Last supreme I picked up was my year of the rabbits and MAAAAN

Had my two pairs reserved and put aside for me to cop at my leisure. No queuing, no hassles and most importantly paid retail.

exactly but back in the day when everyone was on the af1 bandwagon their main complaint was how bad they looked when creased which caused most to jump ship
