Didn't you gift the money or was it a local meet up?

mthoma mthoma The font on the box looks really off. Also by checking the sellers completed listings, he has sold multiple pairs of the same shoes in the past. That's a red flag right there.

thanks bro, what do you mean he sold multiple pair of same shoes? Only 5 seller feeds are showing on his account, and none are the same shoe @LiLcHiCo4LiFe

Are these legit

If not, why??
Besides the pattern being off, the easiest tell on these being fake are the bottom of the insole.  The Adidas logo should be completely flat. See how the trefoil kind of bubbles... it shouldn't be like that. It should be flat.

That pic is the easiest way to tell real vs. fake.

If the seller sends a washed-out photo of the white boost on the bottom, they are probably hiding the fact that they are fake.

The boost should look like this:

The bubbles are randomly shaped (not mirrored between the left and right shoe).  There is a texture to the bubbles themselves.  There are little circles with 7  (2 on top row, 3 middle row, 2 bottom row) dots in them where the injection occurred during manufacturing.  The bubbles themselves also have to be of a certain "height" or depth.  There are fakes now that have a similar texture, have the injection spots, but the boost itself is still somewhat flat.

Here is a pic of the best fake boost:
