Yep same thing happened with the Harden Vol1. Sold out first day on ADC, restocked FSR later in the week.

That's the colorway I want (on sale) because I just hate playing in uppers that is light in color especially white unless it is smooth leather.

Same here man.
I don't mind looking at the white upper colorways. I could do that all day. But in terms of practicality and just throwing a pair of shoes on, I prefer black uppers/liners.

Got the Roots in and I am really digging the shoes just by trying them on. The Bounce is like the Lillard 2 so no worries of it super low to the ground as we originally thought when we saw the gut of the midsole/outsole showing the Bounce. The shoe is like the 2s in every aspect but better traction pattern so dust doesn't get clogged between the crevices easily. Maybe a tad lighter than the 2.
If you liked the 2 you'll love these times two. Fits the same as the 2. The upper is one to one fit, and feels very secure from heel to toe and I didn't even make any adjustments to the lacing system yet. No heel slippage whatsoever. I would say these are KD 9 killers. Can't wait to make them on mi adidas and see more colorways and hopefully a Primeknit version.

How's the lace pressure around the tongue area?

There's a layer of neoprene and a layer of the fused mesh that makes up the tongue. I'm not sure if I'm feeling the pressure from the laces or it's the one piece bootie because there's a seam on the middle of the tongue. You could probably lace it loosely and use more of the eyelets from the lace structure and the one to one fit of the upper to secure your foot in place. You don't need to use the last two eyelets and it offers incredible support. No chafing from the tongue given how the tongue is contoured.

I'm wary of thin tongue lows. I used to just blindly appreciate lows regardless, but now I can see the benefits of a well designed mid. I think sometimes designers go a little too far when trying for minimalism. I get it if we're talking about going all out for one game, but for most of us I'm guessing we play pick-up games for 2+ hours at a time.

Damn dude, I was already excited for this but even moreso now that it resembles the Dame 2s. Definitely can't wait for the mi adidas to come.
Also, how well do you think a primeknit will do if a PK version does come out? Just curious how they can implement good support in the forefoot. Because in the set up right now, it seems like they heated up the material in the front to provide support where it needs most. I'm guessing they would just do it D Rose 7 where they do tighter knit?

CLB16 PK just utilizes the lace loops so the two loops plus the lace system structure could use looser PK.

Anybody else get a White Cement 3 vibe from the Rip City colorway?? I was jus looking at some photos online and immeditaely got that feeling from it. Either way looking forward to picking up a pair of these to see how well they perform!
