At least we won't have to worry about seeing it on the court during the ASG.

Would be All-Stars. Have to see what the inspiration is from adidas. Lillard might not even wear them?
That's a really weird colorway if it's all-stars. Lillard ain't in the ASG and that's not even New Orlean's city colors.

Are the all-stars even releasing since he's not an all-star? [emoji]129300[/emoji]

Damn, so tempting. I've already spent so much money this month

Is there any discount code I can use at RevUp?

And according to weartesters it should be on discount, but I see them at retail.

Ah man, pulled the trigger on that CNY pair. That guilt is slowly coming in now

not sure if the grey colorways been posted but I saw it on the latest Eastbay, the all black colorway looks like it has the ballistic mesh and not the nubuck/suede that Lillard wore before

I seriously hope they drop this very soon and actually be a general release. I am so excited. They've been releasing all the crap cw's while the only cw I actually liked I had to get from the Philippines. Seriously adidas.

Thanks!  Been wanting a pair after balling in the Rip City colorway this weekend.  Have tried the CE and D Rose 7 and seriously like these a lot better.  Traction is great, cushion has the perfect balance of court feel and impact protection, and after adjusting the lacing system a bit, lock down was perfect.  Shoes felt like an extension of my feet.

Early March RD and yes, they'll be GRs.

I bought a pair of the Rip Citys a few weeks and they are my favorite pair of shoes I have ever purchased! I've never had a pair this amazing to play ball in as far as comfort and ankle security I am so happy that I copped a pair. There's something alluring about the design that has me so excited to throw them on every time I ball and to see other people rocking them. I actually got that old feeling back of trying to hunt for a pair somewhere locally in stores to try them on. And to just get as much info about them as possible as well as that same high you used to get after getting a pair you've really been jones-ing for. Overall a refreshing pair of sneakers releasing in a market full of over saturation and marginalized shoe material composition.

traction failed him last night

I don't know - did you think traction? Looked like the sole was stuck but he was losing balance going forward and then on top of that bumped legs. Not arguing because I know you know your stuff, just wondering what others really thought?

Looked like it to me from last nights replay, there were some forward momentum there but he definitely slipped and looked like he was about to fall when his thigh got some contact.

Is it just me though but he was leaning sideways to drive a sharp turn but in no way was he going to fall if it weren't for the other player's left knee* hitting his right thigh. I wish I can screenshot to the point where their thighs hit but I can't. I know it was definitely there. I believe that's what brought him down.

EDIT: I watched the video again and in slow motion. He was leaning but the shoe looked like it was gripping well. It was only after the thigh hit and when he was already falling forward that I saw his shoe move.

His shoes weren't slipping during that. Schroder cut him off with his left knee. I mean, the game is done and they already lost but I don't believe it is the shoes' traction at fault.
