It’s tough to place the blame on KAT or Mikal for the offensive struggles. Especially last night, they just weren't getting the ball, even when they had mismatches or better looks. The ball was getting stuck in the hands of a few players.

Brunson's should not taking 24 shots, especially if they're not falling. he needs to trust/feed KAT.

I don’t blame KAT. There were times he was calling for the ball and Hart didn’t even look his way. Problems lie in Brunson playing hero ball while having an awful night and Thibbs not utilizing KAT more.
Towns needs 5 3s again and they need to run the Brunson/KATZ PNR/PNP infinitely more.

The positives: KAT is receiving more touches and confidently taking shots, while Mikal is also getting his attempts up, even if they’re not yet falling. However, on the downside, the team is noticeably struggling with interior defense and showing uncharacteristic sloppiness. Despite the criticisms some may have of Mitch, his presence is undoubtedly missed.

I think McBride needs to start, or Hukporti needs more minutes alongside Towns. The second suggestion will probably take Thibs more time to settle on though.
