For the first time ever is kinda insane

Sadly most brothas don’t get the head job but still a disgraceful reality. I’ve been saying this since 04 but I wish brothas at the college level and the NFL had the opportunity to be selective when choosing jobs because they are often stuck in terrible situations with no chance to win only to get fired after a few years.

I guess I'm rooting for :sick:penn st:sick:

If I gotta root for Ryan Day it's gonna be the lightskinned version :smh:

Checks bouncing without that expected CFB semi payment?

Sun not as bright, grass not as green, in January as it was during that last visit? :rollin

Idk if we’re gonna get like 8 years like the dude in Miami because of Covid, but this is the Pros now, so them floating five years is big. Like before you go to the pro leagues, you’ll make money, maybe a lot, but now for five years you could do that in college.

What are some of y'all suggestions on the seeding/bye issue?
My proposal is as follows noting that the NCAA might lose money on the weekly rankings shows.

1. No byes to prevent rust

2. First two rounds played on campus with revenue from ticket sales split evenly with the home and road teams.

3. No official playoff rankings until the end like they do in college basketball to keep the suspense and to give the committee a full body of work to put the best 12 teams on the field.

The thing is the 12 team was never designed to have 12 contenders. We all know there are really only like 5 teams that have a real shot on a given season. It was designed to allow more participation and of course, money. People cried about the BCS and cried about 4 not being enough. There’s always going to be blowouts because 12 is way too many.

With that said, get rid of the auto bye just for winning a conference. Sorry but winning the B12 does not have the same weight as winning the SEC or B1G. Make it an auto bud but that’s it. Boise and ASU should’ve never been in the top 4, I don’t care how close ASU made it.

I think all of the playoff games should be on campus except for the championship game. The less neutral site games the better

Or at worst the semi finals should be some rotation of 2 of the 4 major bowls

Let the bowls be the bowls

This 12 team playoff is really just a means to eventually get to 16 where at that point there will probably be more rampant changes

Agreed. It’s pretty wild that the top 4 seeds who had byes didn’t get home games.

I don’t understand how all of this travel will work for fans either. Let’s say Tennessee had beaten Ohio State, they would’ve had to travel to Columbus, Pasadena, and now Texas? That’s insane

This whole thing is stupid, that’s why

And I’m not just saying that because FSU was screwed out of the playoffs because they lost 42 games this year

I’ll always love college football because I love college football, but all this other stuff is so dumb

Don’t think you’re getting the question. If you are, you’re saying 17 year old you and 17 year old smith were the same level athlete.

Or maybe you’re saying he was born a better athlete than you ever were.
Oh yea, I don’t think I read it right. 18 year old me could take newborn Jeremiah. Probably never if we’re the same age.
