Can someone please explain to me why they even play Pagan? From what I've seen, Blanco is a better defensive player, and now, a better offensive player.

Shocked Bochy did not bunt with Heston to save using a bench player, unless Blanco is going to double swith with Pagan. Even if Blanco was pinch hitting regardless I would have bunted there and have Pagan and Aoki bat with 2nd and 3rd.
