He probably wont. Sounds like he has some pretty serious damage to that elbow that doesnt allow him to repeat his throwing motion/stay in arm slot comfortably.

Cain was in pretty good form post-all star break last year. I'm not ready to give up on him or say that his contract was worse than Zito's.

However, there is more concern about Belt's concussion than was expected. He is still feeling nauseous, and we're at day 4 now.
