I know this is a very typical "well my experience was different" tale, but Bama was very good to my very African family. I know that place is racist as hell, but I can't bring myself to call them out of their name.

I lived in Mobile, AL for 8 years total. Once from ‘98 to ‘02 and my second time from ‘07-‘11. I probably heard the N word more in San Diego (‘15-‘19) than I did in Alabama. There’s a place south of SD called Santee. It was nicknamed Klantee
