I’m sure it’s just about money. But to be fair, if we are just looking at sig shoes, Jordan brand rarely gives their athletes anything appealing either. Nike did with their big 3 (Kobe, Bron, and early KD) but seems like the newer athletes get trash shoes too

Well sure if it's your only option go nuts with Adidas. But let's not act like a dude like Harden or Dame had no shot at a Nike deal. A lot of people sign bc adidas just had a better pitch but Nike has a track record of successful basketball/signature shoes.

Adidas has a track record of the Audi Kobe's and the sneakers that destroyed D Rose's knees.
