I get what the OP was getting it. I felt the questions being asked were VERY tough to answer. He did a great job answering as candidly as possible. But I did noticed some of the questions being asked in press conferences now are for more burning than ever before. I have to attribute that to these reporters not being in the same room as these athletes. They're doing it via Zoom. It's also easier to ask tougher questions when someone isn't sitting a few feet away from you.

Coaches can make or break guys careers in the NBA... understand guys that should have been in the league longer are long gone because of certain NBA coaches.

Mike D'Antoni literally almost got Melo out of the league.

These coaches are all in an "old-boys club" in the NBA. You do one coach dirty or don't get along, he'll talk his **** to his boys and try to blackball you out of the league. It's crazy.

Honestly, judging from his game when he first entered the league, to being traded and effectively used as a role player to now making threes and key defensive plays in crunch time--Gallo has come a long way.
