Good hire. Couple of years ago people expected him to be a HC candidate. Why they wouldn't have hired him as their DC, if they were going to go nfl with it anyway, and saved the extra staff spot is puzzling.

He’s a poor man’s DTR. Make of that what you will.
He’s a P5 starter level QB, but he’s not going to win you more than a couple of games a year passing. He regularly misses or underthrows 10-15 yard passes. His legs are the threat, but even with that he’s a dumb turnover or two waiting to happening.
Mans had 10 TDs and 10 INTs in 13 games last season.

He's a very talented player, but I'm not sure how good he is. The physical tools are there but he's not polished. He had an impressive freshman year but seemed like you regressed last year but this could be due to Arizona State being a dumpster fire.
