Not large enough to call a small sample but overall it's good to see Hayward back out there. Houston fitness 'cept with guys that can dribble/shoot (more than 1 at least)

It’s really amazing how he plays now compared to the Kobe/Melo impersonations that he used to do.
I don’t expect him to force the issue tho, that just hasn’t been his MO all year. I was more disappointed in his help defense. His hands were much less active in this one.
Also Bam was hugging Theis in the corner on several possessions rather than playing safety. If my man hits 3-4 threes a night, tip your cap but make him get the shots up rather than Brown/Tatum layups.

This is what made Muhammad Ali such an anomaly in contact sports. He was actually smart, in an arena where emotional anti intellectualism is the norm. You drape yourself in the flag of a country whose entire history was built upon oppression, and you make yourself the enemy of those who are fighting against such oppression. This country hides behind its military, yet it does not truly support such. Go to any VA hospital, talk to wounded vets, hell, even ask them about how they’ve been treated during covid, then find out how this country treats their so called troops. It takes more courage to stand up for what you believe in with hardly anyone behind you, especially when it is right.

My guy was so cold he immediately strained his hip. The bench was basically only Wanamaker & whichever back up 5 Stevens felt like playing. Absolutely nothing on the wing.

I didnt think that considering he was doing pretty good before he got sidelined recently. The only time that he messed up the rythm was when he first came back from that horrific foot injury. That was understandable considering it was the first he actually was playing with his new teammates and haven't known his role yet.
