I don't see anything concrete about the weight, most sources are speculating it will be at 135.

He got KO'd by a kickboxer in his US debut or something like that. I am not convinced that Rosario is that good, I think his victory over Williams had more to do with Williams underestimating him. I don't think much of Charlo either but he is definitely more battle tested so I favor him slightly.
