Yes, half size up. I size up from a 14 to a 15 and I'm fine with it. Literally one of the only shoes I have to size up in.
No, there were only three original CWs in 95 (if memory serves me correctly). "OG" just means they have certain elements in the build, notably the psi numbers on the sole.
