Havent seen the full description other than ‘protects tour feet from the wet’, so would assume itll have nikes version of goretex zip up liner.
So probably yeah. With two pairs of adequate socks under them...

They’re not too bad. I have the olive green pair a few winters ago. I really didn’t notice much difference between them or any other of the standard am95s when it comes to the snow. The back part on the Achilles is annoying though. It rubbed mine the wrong way, and why I ultimately sent them back to Nike. I also found they fit about a half size snugger than the standard pair.
